A set with a bow is a set of a pencil skirt and a matching jacket fastened with a zipper at the back. The bottom of the jacket is shorter in the front and longer in the back with a crack. On the shoulder there is a large decorative bow which is fastened with snaps and in addition there is a second small bow for change so that you can wear this set for smaller exits. You can wear the skirt and top separately, which gives you many styling possibilities.
